I haven't sourced my cane yet, im still trying to decide wether to plant the cane itself, or plant seed. I will be growing ribbon cane, Im in North Texas, which isn't wet enough for sugar cane, but does well for red top and ribbon from what I understand. I remember as a child my granddad used to raise red top for hay.
